Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Egg Noodles
  • 2 cup Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and mix well.
  7. Grease a baking dish and transfer the noodle mixture into it.
  8. Sprinkle Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
  9. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs and parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  11. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
