Ingredients
  • 200 gram Vermicelli
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 50 gram Almonds
  • 50 gram Pistachios
  • 50 gram Raisins
Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add vermicelli. Roast until golden brown.
  2. In a separate pan, heat milk and cardamom. Bring it to a boil.
  3. Add roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook until vermicelli is soft.
  4. Add sugar and mix well until dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with almonds, pistachios, and raisins.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
