Ingredients
  • 2 cup Shortcakes
  • 2 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 6 leaves Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shortcakes, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into round discs.
  4. Place the discs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  7. In the meantime, wash and prepare the fresh berries.
  8. Once the shortcakes have cooled, slice them in half horizontally.
  9. Place the bottom half of each shortcake onto a serving plate.
  10. Top with a generous amount of whipped cream and fresh berries.
  11. Place the top half of the shortcake on top.
  12. Garnish with mint leaves.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
