Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 150 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 150 gram Brown Sugar
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 6 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes.
  7. Top with chopped pecans.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
