Ingredients
  • 2 pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into chunks.
  3. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then drain.
  4. In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
