  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and eggs, stirring continuously.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, and add the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the brownies to a wire rack and let them cool completely before cutting into squares.
