Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 300 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 80 gram Cocoa powder
  • 120 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 gram Chocolate chips
  • 100 gram Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
