Ingredients
  • 170 gram Unsalted butter
  • 300 gram Granulated sugar
  • 60 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 95 gram All-purpose flour
  • 170 gram Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Then add the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  8. Lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
