Ingredients
  • 200 gram Unsalted butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 250 gram Granulated sugar
  • 80 gram All-purpose flour
  • 40 gram Cocoa powder
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and whisk until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. If desired, fold in chopped nuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  10. Once cooled, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
