Ingredients
  • 2 sheet Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets into rectangles.
  3. Spread sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the puff pastry sheets.
  4. Roll each side of the puff pastry towards the center until they meet in the middle.
  5. Cut the rolled pastry into 1/2-inch slices.
  6. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Beat the egg in a bowl and brush it over the palmiers.
  8. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  9. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let them cool before serving.
