  • 3 banana Ripe bananas
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 egg Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, sugar substitute, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  11. Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Slice and serve.
