Add black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Spoon the mixture into the bell peppers, packing it tightly.

Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
