  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour (for streusel)
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar (for streusel)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon (for streusel)
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter (for streusel)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the streusel ingredients: flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the streusel mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Slice and serve.
