Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 jars and press it down to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the jars, on top of the crust.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries and lemon zest.
  8. Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
