Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 package Cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of individual tart pans.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared tart pans.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
  8. Before serving, top each tart with sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
