  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1.5 cup Cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the milk.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  6. Grease a pudding basin and pour the batter into it.
  7. Cover the basin with a lid or aluminum foil.
  8. Place the basin in a steamer and steam for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the steamer and let rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Unmold the pudding onto a serving plate and serve warm.
