  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
