Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 200 gram Asparagus
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Goat cheese
  • 20 gram Fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Trim the ends of the asparagus and cut into 1-inch (5 cm) pieces.
  5. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  6. Crumble the goat cheese.
  7. Add the asparagus, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  8. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  10. Allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
