  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into small nugget shapes.
  4. Place the spinach nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
