Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the balls with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
