  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 150 gram Leek
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 unit Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté the leek until softened.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
  5. Spread the sautéed leek and spinach evenly over the crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
