Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Grated cheese
  • 8 sheet Phyllo pastry sheets
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and line each cup with a sheet of phyllo pastry.
  7. Fill each cup with the spinach, mushroom, and onion mixture.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each cup.
  9. Fold the edges of the phyllo pastry over the filling to create a cup shape.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the phyllo pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
