Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Stir in the green onions and cheddar cheese.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
