Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  3. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  4. Make wells in the mixture and crack the eggs into them.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes.
  6. Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
  7. Serve hot.
