Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 piece Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 can Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, jalapeno peppers, green chilies, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise.
  4. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
