Spicy Hakka Noodles

Boil the noodles as per the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute.

Add onions, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled noodles to the pan and mix well.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix until well combined.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
