  1. Boil the noodles as per the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add onions, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add boiled noodles to the pan and mix well.
  5. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix until well combined.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
