Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and flour. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top.
