Ingredients
  • 300 gram Flatbread Dough
  • 2 piece Ripe Pears
  • 100 gram Goat Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 100 gram Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the flatbread dough into thin circles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the flatbread dough with the spiced olive oil mixture.
  5. Slice the pears into thin wedges and arrange them on top of the flatbread.
  6. Crumble the goat cheese over the pears.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown.
  8. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mustard, and honey.
  9. Serve the spiced pear flatbreads with the mustard cream on the side.
