Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Add the cabbage and carrots and cook until tender.
  5. Add the mashed potatoes, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it forms a crispy crust.
  7. Serve hot.
