Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spinach
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounce Canned diced green chilies
  • 4 ounce Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 16 ounce Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, diced tomatoes, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Add the spinach to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
