Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out any excess liquid.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, sour cream, chives, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the potato mixture into the pan, forming small pancakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the pancakes from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve the sour cream and chive potato pancakes hot with additional sour cream and chives on top, if desired.
