Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Baking soda
  • 2 cup Hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. In a large pot, dissolve baking soda in hot water.
  7. Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into bite-sized pretzels.
  8. Dip each pretzel bite into the baking soda mixture and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle coarse salt over the pretzel bites.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Brush the pretzel bites with melted butter.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
