Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Baking soda
  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add baking soda.
  6. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a rope. Cut the rope into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Drop the pretzel bites into the boiling water and cook for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush the pretzel bites with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and coarse salt.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
