  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring well.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into pike-shaped pieces and serve.
