Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Sofrito Sauce
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and sofrito sauce until smooth. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. In a baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni and the cheese sauce. Mix well.
