Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the crust.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  6. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped Reese's peanut butter cups on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
