  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish.
  9. Once cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
