Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crust, melted butter, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust. Top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
