  1. Break the graham crackers in half.
  2. Place a scoop of chocolate ice cream on one half of each graham cracker.
  3. Toast the marshmallows until golden brown.
  4. Place the toasted marshmallows on top of the ice cream.
  5. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the marshmallows.
  6. Place the other half of the graham cracker on top to form a sandwich.
  7. Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
