Smore Cupcakes are inspired by the classic American campfire treat, s’mores, which typically consist of roasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between graham crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and milk, alternating between each, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely. Pipe marshmallow fluff onto each cupcake and drizzle with chocolate ganache. Top with mini marshmallows.

Optionally, toast the marshmallow topping using a kitchen torch.
