  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the batter.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter over the marshmallows.
