  • 2 pound Red Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Basil Leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Place the potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, Parmesan cheese, basil leaves, and garlic powder.
