Ingredients
  • 500 gram Ground Beef
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 chopped Green Chili
  • 2 large Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 4 piece Burger Buns
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden brown.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Toast the burger buns with butter.
  6. Spoon the sloppy Bombay Joes mixture onto the bottom half of the bun.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
