Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chocolate Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 package Low-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed Peanuts
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate crisp rice cereal, natural peanut butter, and honey. Mix well until the cereal is evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the low-fat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
