Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 unit Large eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
