Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Almond Flour
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 number Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 12 number Whole Almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and almond extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Gently press a whole almond onto the top of each cookie.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
