Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Pizza dough
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 4 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the dough for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. Remove the dough from the oven and create 4 wells in the center.
  6. Crack an egg into each well.
  7. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the dough and eggs.
  8. Slice the tomato and arrange the slices on top.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Bake for another 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
  11. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  12. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
