Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the tart crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with water to make an egg wash.
  6. Brush the edges of the tart crust with the egg wash.
  7. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour before serving.
