  • 4 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
