Sesame Portobello Mushrooms
Portobello mushrooms are actually mature cremini mushrooms and have a rich, meaty flavor.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and brush both sides with the sesame oil mixture.

Place the mushrooms on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender.

While the mushrooms are cooking, toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

Once the mushrooms are cooked, remove them from the grill or oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
